Booking
An appointment is held once we confirm it by phone or email. The time given is the start of your slot, not an arrival window — arriving late may mean a shorter service.
Cancellations
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is nothing to pay. Later than that, or a no-show, and we may charge for the time held.
Prices
Prices are held for the service, not the length of your hair. If something needs longer, we tell you before we start — not after.
Results
Colour behaves differently on every head of hair. We will tell you honestly what yours can hold, and we will not promise a result we do not think is achievable.
